I’ve been seeing Dr.Collings for almost a year now. The wonders she has worked for my anxiety, my skin, and my over all health is amazing! I had mentioned I don’t sleep well. I toss, I turn, I’m up randomly through the night as well. She recommended some herbs she had for that, and they’ve been the best by far.
